Born on October 7, 1963, Bill was the son of Jeannette Morrow and the late John M. Morrow. A lifelong resident of the Graceville, Florida, area, he graduated from Graceville High School as a member of the Class of 1981. Throughout his life, he remained deeply connected to the community he called home and was known for his dependable nature and strong commitment to the people around him.

Bill shared a loving marriage with his wife, Sandra Hunter Morrow, and together they built a life centered on family, faith, and lasting memories. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend who brought kindness and stability to the lives of many. His caring personality and willingness to help others left a meaningful impression on those who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra; his son, Wesley Dalton Morrow; his mother, Jeannette Morrow; his sister, Anna Morrow Thomas; his stepchildren, Jessica Pugh and Austin Deacon; and his grandchildren, Emma Pugh, Lily Pugh, Ethan Pugh, Hailey Deacon, and James Deacon of Newnan, Georgia. He also leaves behind his special cousin, George “Skip” Taylor of Navarre, Florida, along with extended family members and many friends who will continue to cherish his memory. Bill was preceded in death by his father, John M. Morrow, and his grandparents, George and Mary Frances Morrow of Graceville and Dewey and Berta B. Peel of Louisville, Alabama.

From a young age, Bill developed a passion for trucks that eventually became a lifelong career in the trucking industry. He took great pride in his work and was employed by Johnston Trucking of Brundidge, Alabama, where he earned respect for his reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic. His dedication to his career reflected the determination and integrity that guided him throughout his life.

Faith remained an important part of Bill’s journey. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Graceville, where he found fellowship and opportunities to serve alongside his church family. His quiet devotion and compassionate spirit reflected the values that shaped the way he lived and interacted with others.

Those who knew Bill remember him as a kind, dependable man who valued time spent with loved ones. Whether sharing stories, enjoying family gatherings, or simply being present for the people he cared about, he had a way of making others feel appreciated. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Graceville, with Dr. Naethan Hendrix officiating. Burial will follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery in Graceville under the direction of James & Lipford Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at James & Lipford Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Graceville, P.O. Box 565, Graceville, FL 32440.

William “Bill” Morrow will be remembered for the love he gave his family, the dedication he brought to his work, and the faith and kindness he shared throughout his life. Though his passing leaves a deep void for those who knew and loved him, his memory and the impact of his life will continue to remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and the Graceville community.
